ABOUT ME
As a Learning Experience Designer (LXD), I’ve designed, developed, managed and implemented a host of training initiatives including a Global Onboarding training program; a Digital Literacy training program; a Regional Computer Certification training program; and several workforce development training programs for young adults. As a Technical Learning Architect, I've designed and developed technical training programs for clinical and military personnel. As a Digital Learning Strategist, I've supported the roll-out of several training programs including a Leadership training program for clinical personnel and a cloud computing certification training program.
My skill, knowledge and passion in L&D is accentuated by my ability to work with business leaders and SMEs to create interactive and engaging learning experiences for learners in various disciplines regardless of the content type.
