During my contract with a global technology company, I was responsible for developing a host of training materials and related resources to support a variety of L&D initiatives. One of the initiatives that I supported was a proposal to business leaders to develop a series of virtual workshops focusing on “Positive Intelligence.” These workshops were being designed to enhance the performance and mindset of new project leaders. This video pitch was developed to provide upper management with a brief overview of the proposed workshop series.
